Our Aqua-Jump course is based on dynamic exercises performed on a trampoline while immersed in water. Each movement on the aquatic trampoline builds muscular endurance in the upper and lower body.
Fun and motivating workout with aquatic spinning bikes. Endurance training and burning of calories including the beneficial effects of water-based exercises.
Collective

A dynamic and challenging fitness class that combines Latin and international music with dance and fitness moves. The movements change according to the rhythms, burning calories and strengthening the whole body.
Our Power Workout is HIIT-based (High Intensity Interval Training) to offer a training that alternates high intensity exercises using only the body weight, and phases of recovery or more moderate exercises. Muscle building, improvement of physical fitness and reduction of weight are the main effects sought. Each at his own pace, our coach adapts the course according to the level of the participants.
Preventative excercises of mobilisation an muscle reinforcement are accompanied by professional counselling in order to encourage joint mobility and flexibility for an improved quality of life. This course is conducted by the physiotherapist of the Coque.
This course is for younger children. We practice basic movements on the boulder wall just above the mattress. Climbing on the wall is supervised by our professional instructors. The bambini class is intended for a maximum of 8 participants, and registration is mandatory. It includes a total of 10 one-hour sessions, without equipment. Equipment for children (harness, shoes) can be rented on site.
This course teaches and further develops the "Top Rope" safety techniques. Children learn to climb with confidence, and develop a sense of responsibility, the pleasure of movement, self-motivation and helpful and mindful behaviour.
This course focuses on learning the basic techniques of Top Rope: belay and autonomy on the climbing structure.

This course consists of additional training for young talents in order to evolve more quickly and maintain an adequate stimulation rate. The learning is oriented towards the basic techniques of climbing movements, safety techniques, and preparation for the "children's course (ages 11-14)" course. Professional supervision is provided by our instructors.

The class includes a total of one 2-hour session, equipment included.
This class will introduce you to the joys of climbing. You will learn to climb safely with the guidance of professionals. This class does not certify you to act as belayer for your climbing partner.
