Creating an account is required for any purchase on the webshop, including gift cards, or to benefit from our online services.
To create your account, click on “Log in” in the top right menu, then on “Sign up”, and fill in all the required information. Email verification is required to complete the account creation by clicking on the link sent automatically to your email address.
Add your selection of classes/subscriptions to the cart from our product pages, then access the cart from the top right menu and proceed to payment by clicking on the “Checkout” button. Select the profile for whom the classes are intended and complete the payment by choosing your preferred payment method.
Make sure that the entire cart is assigned to one person. If you wish to make a purchase for another profile, a second order, and therefore a separate payment, will be required.
Payment can only be completed by a logged-in user. If you are not logged in at the beginning of the process, you will be prompted to log in before continuing. If you do not have an account, please create one.
To book a class for your child, the child must first be added as a profile. Add the classes you wish to purchase to the cart. When completing the purchase, select your child’s profile.
Make sure that the entire cart is intended for your child and meets the conditions (age requirements). If other classes in the cart are not intended for your child, they must be paid for in a separate order and assigned to the correct user.
Profiles allow you to link your children (up to the age of 16) to your account so that you can book children’s classes in their name.
Once the age of 16 is reached, the profile is deactivated and the child is invited to create their own account. If a Coque Kaart was associated with their previous profile, please go to reception to transfer it.
To create a profile (for your child), go to your personal space and the “My profiles” section. Enter the name and date of birth and save.
By validating this information, you certify that it is correct.
To top up your Coque Kaart, it must first be linked to your account.
Go to your personal space, then to the “Coque Kaart” section. Once linked, an interface will allow you to top up your card with the amount of your choice.
By linking your Coque Kaart to your online account, you gain greater autonomy in managing your sports activities. You will be able to check your balance in real time and top it up online.
Payments can be made using the available balance on your Coque Kaart while benefiting from loyalty pricing if applicable. You will also have access to online subscriptions and receive a reminder email 7 days before the expiration date.
In addition, purchased classes will be directly loaded onto your Coque Kaart, allowing you to pass directly through the turnstiles without going through reception.
Go to your personal space, then to the “Coque Kaart” section. Enter all required personal information (last name, first name, date of birth) as well as your Coque Kaart number (10-digit code located at the bottom left of the card). If it starts with one or more zeros, do not enter them (example: 0040568224 → enter 40568224).
For correct assignment, the data entered must match the information stored in our customer database.
A Coque Kaart is personal and can only be assigned to one person.
If you experience difficulties linking your Coque Kaart, please visit reception.
Your child’s profile must have been created beforehand in your account.
Linking a Coque Kaart to a child’s profile can only be carried out by reception staff upon presentation of your child’s ID. The date of birth will be verified before proceeding with the association.
This verification ensures eligibility for the child rate and allows classes to be loaded onto the child’s card.
The Coque Kaart cannot be removed from your account by yourself, only Coque staff can perform this action.
In case of loss or theft, please go directly to reception to block the card and associate a new one.
The Coque Kaart is our payment card that offers various benefits such as discounts, direct access to our sports activities without going through checkout, and extended opening hours at the Aquatic Centrer

A Coque Kaart can be issued within a few minutes at reception. It is free and personal. You can also request one directly from your personal space in the “Coque Kaart” section if no card is already linked to your account.
It will be prepared within 48 hours and must be collected on site with an identity document.
